Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Bitunny platform ("Bitunny", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register for or use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction to use Bitunny. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the platform would be prohibited by applicable law or sanctions regulation.

3. Description of Services

Bitunny provides an account-based platform through which registered users may register mining devices, accrue mining rewards, provide liquidity under a fixed one-year lock-up staking arrangement, and request withdrawals of accrued rewards or matured liquidity. All balances, rewards, and lock-up periods are recorded and enforced within Bitunny's systems and databases.

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to promptly update it if it changes. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Verification and Compliance

Use of certain platform features requires identity verification (KYC) and acceptance of separate Risk Acknowledgment, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and FATF Compliance agreements, presented during account verification under Profile → General Information. Those agreements are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Failure to complete required verification or sign required compliance agreements may result in restricted access or suspension of your account.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or another user's account; (c) interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation; (d) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; or (e) use automated means to access the platform except as expressly authorized.

7. Fees and Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests, whether for mining rewards or matured staking deposits, are subject to manual review and approval before funds are released. Bitunny reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with the Bitunny platform are the property of Bitunny or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for its intended purpose.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bitunny does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Cryptocurrency-related activity carries inherent risk; see the Risk Acknowledgment Agreement presented during account verification for details.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitunny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the platform.

11. Termination

Bitunny may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, including for violation of these Terms, failure to complete required compliance verification, or suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bitunny is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
